Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Jaylen for using CombatLab. By using the app you agree to them.
Train safely
CombatLab gives combat-sports training calls and timers. It is not medical advice and does not replace a qualified coach. Boxing, Muay Thai and other combat training are physical and carry a risk of injury.
Check with a doctor before starting if you have any health condition. Warm up, use proper equipment, train within your ability and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.
Coaches and gyms using Class Mode are responsible for supervising the people in their sessions.
Subscriptions and purchases
CombatLab is free to download with optional paid plans: Pro (monthly or yearly) and the Gym License are auto-renewing subscriptions; Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
If a plan includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Restore purchases on a new device from Settings or the paywall.
Gym License
The Gym License unlocks Class Mode for running sessions in your gym and includes Pro. It is for the coach or gym that buys it; each member who wants Pro on their own phone needs their own plan.
Your use of the app
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use CombatLab under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its content (combo library, voice recordings, designs).
Content and third parties
Coach voices were generated with Kokoro-82M (Apache License 2.0). Bell sounds are by Kenney (CC0). Purchases use RevenueCat and the Apple or Google stores, which have their own terms.
No warranty, limited liability
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but cannot promise it will always be error-free or available.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from training with the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Apple
If you downloaded CombatLab from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies where these terms are silent.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the app changes; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Questions: jaylendgotico@gmail.com.
